There are many supplements to help animals with sore joints, one of which is Cosequin, which some of you may have heard of, or may have bought. Most likely it was a purchase to try to help your dog with hip troubles.

It might be that your vet has told you to give your dog Consequin on his last examination; but this might not be a literal suggestion, he might be recommending ANY premium joint product. Cosequin may be one of many options.
Truth be told, you can use many brands for the same result; so ask your animal doctor to explain which elements your dog needs. Cosequin might be the right one for you, but you could choose a different brand, or you might find Cosequin doesn’t fulfill all your needs.
